Employment Litigation

Turner Dhillon handles all aspects of employment litigation and provides its clients with advice and counseling on a variety of human resources matters. The firm’s litigation matters include age, race, gender, national origin, and disability discrimination and harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, wrongful termination, privacy rights, unfair competition, and various wage and hour claims. In addition to defending individual employment litigation matters, Turner Dhillon has extensive experience handling representative actions brought under Private Attorneys General Act of 2004 (PAGA) and class actions.

 

Counseling on Employment Laws
Turner Dhillon also provides its clients with day-to-day counseling on matters such as exempt/non-exempt classification, independent contractor analysis, sexual harassment, leaves of absence, discipline and termination. The firm’s counseling practice includes drafting policy manuals, sexual harassment policies, handbooks, and employment or independent contractor agreements.
