Professional Experience

Mr. Bockman is a partner of the firm. His practice focuses on all areas of business litigation with an emphasis on securities brokerage litigation and arbitration. He has an array of clients in various industries including both securities broker-dealers and insurance companies.
​
He has represented clients on both the plaintiff and defense sides. His substantial litigation experience has taken cases through trial, arbitration and appeal. He also routinely provides general litigation counseling and advice, including pre-litigation mitigation plans, as well as business organization formation advice.
​
Mr. Bockman is a panel arbitrator for the National Futures Association (NFA), as well as an arbitrator for the Los Angeles County Bar Association Fee Dispute Arbitration program, and is a judge pro tem with the Los Angeles Superior Court.
